No appointment is required. We welcome walk-ins every day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at our Platinum Fashion Mall atelier. However, if you'd like to ensure Sagar is personally available for your consultation, a quick WhatsApp message in advance is appreciated.
How long does a bespoke suit take?+
A full bespoke suit typically takes 7–14 days. For visiting clients with limited time in Bangkok, we offer an expedited service with delivery in as little as 3–5 days. Made-to-measure suits can often be completed faster.
What is the price range?+
Pricing varies based on the type of service and fabric selected. Bespoke suits start from a higher price point than made-to-measure. We are fully transparent about pricing during your consultation — with no hidden costs. WhatsApp us for a general price guide.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. We ship finished garments worldwide for returning clients whose measurements are already in our archive. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to arrange international delivery for your next order.
What should I bring to my first consultation?+
Just yourself. It helps to think about the occasions you'll be wearing the suit — business, events, weddings — and any style preferences you might have. Bringing a photo of a suit you admire is always useful. We handle everything else.
Can I choose any fabric I want?+
Absolutely. We have an extensive library of premium fabrics from Loro Piana, Dormeuil, Holland & Sherry, and others. You can browse all swatches in-store. We also offer guidance on which fabrics work best for Bangkok's climate and your specific use case.
What if my suit doesn't fit perfectly?+
We stand behind every garment we make. If you're not completely satisfied with the fit, we will alter it at no additional charge. Your pattern is kept in our archive permanently, so any future adjustments — even years later — are handled with precision.
